I recently inherited my grandmother's 2007 Ford Focus SE with the 2.0 and it has become my daily driver work car. I'm looking for some simple options to give it a little more power it has 53,000 miles on it and looks like a granny car so I want to make it a semi sleeper. Are there any aftermarket performance parts for this motor?

There should be quite a bit. Intake, exhaust, turbo amongst a few.

If your 2.0 is the split port, you might consider saving for an engine swap. The split port engine is famous for dropping the valve seat. Mine lasted 129,000 miles before going belly up, so it seems you have time to plan your "sleeper" project.
